GSR company was founded in 2005 and it reached more than 1 000 of clients and projects in these over 13 years of operations.

Marina has over 13 years of experience in the fields of accounting and auditing. She is a certified auditor and assessor, a chartered accountant and an expert evaluator. The experience gained over the years and aspiration to train other specialists allowed her to build in GSR a team consisting of authentic professionals, with which she continually develops the company’s services.

First of all, Marina believes in people and in their potential, and in everything she does, she involves not only herself, but also those around her. She believes in teamwork and in long-term partnerships, both within their own team, and in relation with clients. While acting in an environment where the only constant is change, she is aware that adjustment is vital, so she continuously learns and grows, guiding her team in the same direction.

When not dealing with professional challenges, Marina finds herself in another passion – sports, athleticism and participating to marathons representing already a routine for her. Through sports, Marina challenges her limits and at the same time finds her balance in nature.

In GSR Eduard is in charge of financial management, controlling and financial analysis, and budgeting; besides these he also coordinates various projects aiming to optimize the resources consumption and streamline through computer based systems, both for GSR internally and for clients. He likes to work with clients and build together with them innovative solutions that bring value to their business.

Eduard is 30 years old and has been with the GSR team from the beginning, with whom he matured and developed. He reads a lot and has a meditative character, sometimes choosing remote places where to relax or “yield” new ideas.

Gabriel has over 17 years of experience in the financial and accounting field with a rich experience in coordinating and leading teams on various projects, successfully realized. It is focused towards identifying the best, personalized solutions for each business.

Alina Dinu

Alina Dinu

Certified Auditor and Chartered Accountant

With a degree in finance, insurance, banks and stock markets, and with substantial experience and expertise in auditing, accounting and taxation, Alina manages the activity of the Audit & External Projects Department of GSR. The talent, experience and know-how of Alina form the perfect trio when it comes to shaping an overall picture of the economic and financial condition of clients, to recommending ways to minimize risk and embracing optimal solutions.

Due to that she wishes for continuous improvement, Alina is currently attending the courses organized by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

In her spare time she likes long walks, gardening and reading, which bring balance into her everyday life.

Carmen Cotet

Chartered Accountant and Certified Auditor

Due to her vast experience, Carmen resourcefully coordinates the work of the GSR accounting department and is involved in numerous projects in the fields of accounting expertise and modern information systems consultancy implementing projects. She has been a part of the GSR team starting 2008, is passionate about working with clients, for whom she wishes to offer optimal financial and accounting solutions tailored to their needs.

Carmen is a sociable and outgoing person, who achieves her objectives with discretion and professionalism. Passionate about tennis and travels, she successfully combines the professional and personal activities.

Felicia Barbu

Project Manager, Procurement Expert, Financial Auditor and Chartered Accountant

As shown in her title, Felicia has multiple specializations in fields such as auditing, accounting and public procurement. She deals with various projects, in which proactively and continually searches for optimal solutions to the challenges her clients face by analyzing the economic and financial status of her client companies in correlation with the macroeconomic environment.

She has a degree in management and believes that the key to success is represented by interpersonal relationships. Paying attention to details, empathic and oriented towards both results and people, she believes that through the joint efforts of the team she coordinates all professional challenges may turn into guaranteed success for the client’s business.

Felicia allocates her spare time to her family, to travels and sports, which complements and balances the professional side.
